Roger H. Rubin, Ph.D. is Associate Professor Emeritus in the Department of Family Science, School of Public Health, The University of Maryland, College Park. He has been a national leader in the field of family science having held many elective and appointed offices in professional organizations.
His research and publications focus primarily on public policies and families, contemporary family forms, mental health issues, and African-American family life.
