Veterans' Services


Vesta, Inc. has been awarded a contract from the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide transitional housing to homeless veterans with the purpose of finding long term housing.

The goal is to reduce Veteran homelessness, particularly those who present with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment needs.

The program provides support and treatment for:

  1. Secure affordable housing
  2. Nutritional meals
  3. Health care- both physical and mental
  4. Substance Abuse Counseling
  5. Job training
  6. Personal development/enrichment
  7. Clothing

Case Management Services

  • Housing counseling and services
  • Assistance in obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits
  • Resource navigation
  • Personal Financial Planning services

Eligibility

  • Homeless Veteran
  • Veterans Affairs Medical Center identifies and refers Veterans for services
